Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days.

Orders before 12 pm will be processed on the same business day. Orders after 12 pm on the next business day. The product will not be delivered at the weekend and holiday. Because of COVID-19 and the high volume of orders, we may have some delays in delivery. You will be informed about everything by email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout (shipment cost based on which zone do you live in).


Currently we offer one shipping method and it's free:

Priority (USPS Priority, DHL Max) 1-3 business days


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses shipments are only supported by USPS (“Priority” shipment method)

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

After accepting the order you will get the shipment confirmation. Tracking number will be sent to you after the shipment carrier accept the package.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Darnlight is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Darnlight is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

At the moment we don’t ship our products internationaly.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Excetions / non-returnable items 
We don’t return/refund damaged items. If the returned product is not complete we will not accept it too. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
